 How It Works |
| In a few simple steps you can register as a member and pay a small subscription via PayPal ( you do not need to have a PayPal account already ). You can also call our office to join up. Your membership is activated as soon as you receive your joining email or your Welcome Pack. |

Once you subscribe you can contact us with any query or question about London by telephone, text, or email. Just choose the amount of assistance you think you will need from our different membership levels.

If you prefer not to subscribe, and you are in the UK, you can use our "Call Now" service.
|
| Unlike our "Call Now" service a subscription can be used by everyone - including non-UK residents overseas. |

| Subscriptions |
| Once you join you get an allowance of minutes. No premium call numbers, you call direct to our members line. |
| Telephone Information Line: We deduct minutes as you use the telephone service, but not for asking your question - thats free. You only get minutes deducted after you have asked your question. |
| All telephone calls are answered by a real person, our London information service does not use an automated system. |

| Subscribers Text Service: For Bronze and Silver subscribers we deduct one minute off your call allowance for each reply sent by us. For Gold subscribers there is no limit on the number of free text message replies ( subject to our fair usage policy )

Subscribers Email Service: For Bronze subscribers each reply that we send we will deduct from your call allowance 2 minutes. If you have a Silver or Gold subscription email enquiries are free and unlimited ( subject to our fair usage policy ). Emails from us are only sent to your registered email address. |

| Call Back Service |
| Subscribers can ask us to call them back - Call Back requests can be made by text or telephone, or even email. |

| NEW ! ShortVisit 7 and 14 |
| If you only come to London now and then, use our ShortVisit membership that lasts for 7 or 14 day. Get information on London whilst you are there or just to plan your trip.
All telephone calls and text messages are to our members line, no Premium Rate calls. Note that ShortVisit does not include any email enquiry service. |
