If you do not agree with these terms, do not use apply for a subscription or use our "call Now" service. as in using our services and applying for a membership subscription is your acceptance of these terms.
GENERAL
Just Call London Limited strives to be accurate in any information given to you by our employees and call centre operators.
However as there may be transport disruptions, events cancelled , strike action, Goverment action etc, Just Call London Limited gives information on a "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind and has to disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other violation of rights.

You acknowledge that your use of any information available through our services is at your own risk.
USE OF SERVICE
The use of our "Call Now" telephone service is provided by a premium rate number. The user of this service states, by using the service, that they are responsible for, or have the permission of the telephone bill payer. Our employees and call centre operators are trained to answer your query as quickly as possible.
For subscribers using our telephone service normal telephone lines are utilised. Enquiries made through are telephone service are answered , except in exceptional circumstances, by the telephone and the appropiate numbers of minutes our employess and call centre staff take to answer your question is deducted from available members minutes. An example of exceptional circumstances would be the request for a map to be posted, in these cases Just Call London reserve the right to deduct minutes from a members account.
For subscribers using our text services where the subscription level does not have unlimited usage, the response will be sent by text and the appropiate number of minutes deducted from the members call allowance. If a response is relayed by telephone or email the appropiate number of minutes is deducted from the members call allowance. Note we have no control over when we may recieve your text message and there are network limitations on the number of characters that can be sent in a single text message.
For subscribers using our email services where the subscription level does not have unlimited usage, the response will be sent by email and the appropiate number of minutes deducted from the members call allowance. If a response is relayed by telephone or text the appropiate number of minutes is deducted from the members call allowance. Emails will only be sent to the email address you have registered with us.
CHANGES OF SERVICE, MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND SUBSCRIPTION COST
From time to time the services, membership levels, and cost of our services may change.
If the cost of our services change existing members will not be charged any furher amount, or refunded any amount, during their current subscription period.
If services are added or improved all existing members will be able to take advantage of any changed service and any increased service levels.
If there is a change in membership levels existing members will retain their benefits as stated on the date when the subscription was paid for.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Just Call London Limited be liable to any party for any direct , indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of its services, including, without limitation, any lost profits, lost revenue, costs, business interuption, loss of programmes or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
INFORMATION GIVEN ON COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS
Any information given on third-parties, over which Just Call London Limited has no control, is not a recommendation. This is as we have not inspected, reviewed or visited every place in London. In addition budgets and expectations are personal to the visitor, and Just Call London Limited cannot know personal preferences and tastes.

FAIR USAGE POLICY
Where membership gives the right for unlimited emails or text responses from Just Call London Limited excess use is defined as multiple requests over a period of time. If the Directors of Just Call London Limited decide a subscriber is actively over-using a service the subscriber will be informed and if the actions by the member continue the membership and subscription will be terminated at the discretion of a Director of Just Call London. The Directors decision will be final and no costs of membership refunded.
EMAIL FROM JUST CALL LONDON LIMITED
If you have provided your email address to Just Call London Limited and have agreed to receiving information Just Tour London may from time to time send you emails or postal correspondance relating to London.
Just Tour London Limited do not pass on your persoanl information to any third parties without your explicit consent.
