Use our "Call
Now" service. Calls to us on 090 6302 0236 are charged at
£0.50 a minute from B.T Lines, calls from public phone boxes
are higher, and calls from mobiles can vary according to the mobile
phone network you are using. We do try to keep calls as short as possible,
our current average is 3 minutes. Our "Call Now"
information service is only available when you call us from the UK

How
Much Is A Call if I have a subscription ? |

As a subscriber
you call us on our members direct UK number, paying your normal telephone rate, as shown in your Welcome Pack and
on your membership card. We deduct minutes as you use the telephone service, but not for asking your question - thats free. You only get minutes deducted after you have asked your question.

If you are coming to London for a few days, we now offer 7 and 14 day memberships. You can choose the date you want to start your subscription.

Much Information Do You Have ? |
|
All calls are
answered by our experienced and knowledgeable staff. We have a large
database on London - including tourist attractions, events, museums,
art galleries, shops , transport, travel, businesses and more. Almost
everything you can ask about London.
We can also help you to urgently find the nearest doctor , hospital
or police station. Our operators are trained to help you.

|
Yes - thats not
a problem.
If you are not a subscriber just text LONDON followed by your
enquiry to 80818 - replies cost £1.00 each - more
details on our text visitor enquiry service
If you have a subscription just text your question with your
membership number to the subscribers text line number which is in
your Welcome Pack and on your card. For Gold subscribers there is
no limit on the number of text messages ( subject to our fair usage
policy ), for Bronze and Silver subscribers we deduct one minute off
your call allowance for each reply sent by us. Subscribers can also
text CALL BACK to the subscribers text line with their membership
number and telephone number and we will ring them back.
Please note we cannot control how long it takes for a text mesage
to reach our call centre.

If you wish
to send an email enquiry , perhaps to get our suggestions on days
out in London, or telephone numbers you need, you need to be a subscriber.
Subscribers use the email address shown in your Welcome Pack and on
your card. For Bronze subscribers each reply we send we deduct from
your call allowance 2 minutes. If you have a Silver or Gold subscription
email enquiries are free and unlimited ( subject to our fair usage
policy ). Emails from us are only sent to the email address you have
registered with us. |

Happens If You Don't Know ? |
|
| London is
a big city and there will be always some information we will not have
to hand, but don't worry, our operators are trained to tell you if
it will take some time to answer your question and will ask for your
contact number so they can call you back. Subscribers can also use
our Call Back service. |

When
Are You Open ? |
|
| Currently
we are open Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 17::00 London Time and our
staff are ready to take your call during these times. Note we are
closed on English Bank Holidays. If you are a subscriber and you are
in an emergency situation when we are are closed we do monitor recorded
messages left on the subscribers telephone number. |

What
Happens After I Take Out A Subscription ? |
|
| After you
have joined online, or by telephoning us, it takes about 24 hours
to activate your subscription. We send you an email with your membership
details and in a few days we will send you a Welcome Pack which has
all our subscriber contact numbers and your personal membership card.
After you have received your email or Welcome Pack you are ready to
use our service. |

Are
Your Telephones Ever Engaged ? |
|
| Sometimes
if we are really busy. If you are a subscriber you can text us for
a Call Back. If its out-of-hours subscribers can also leave a message
so we call them back as soon as possible. We do not operate any automated
system - you always get a real person answering your calls. |

Can
Other People Use My Subscription ? |
|
| Yes - thats
fine ( subject to our fair usage policy ) they will need your name,
subscription number and your password. So a subscription is great
for famillies. Groups and businesses should use our Corporate and Group services. |

When
Does My Subscription Expire ? |
|
| For Bronze
and Silver subscriptions your subscription expires 12 months after
you take it out. For Gold subscribers the subscription is for 24 months.
If you would like a subscription in advance just join up then contact
us with the start date required. Any unused services expire with the
subscription unless the subscription is renewed. |

as everyone has different tastes and budgets, and with so many restaurants,
